Probably this is the first show on Indian television
which is been shut down not because of low TRPs but because the viewers’ denied to accept a replacement. The channel had to take an abrupt
decision out of pressure which could not have
gone well with the concerned involved parties. As far as the news goes Barun Sobti didn’t ask for the show to end too. If Star Plus cannot pull up a show without an actor in spite of their traditional
belief of “Character being greater than Actor” then
certainly the disclaimer doesn’t hold a strong
ground in this regard. The Production house and the Director of the show suddenly seem to be concerned about the 200 people working as the crew of the show getting unemployed. But sadly they forgot about this 200 staff of theirs while posting in their famous Forum32 that “Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon has run its course”.
Different parties have given out different
statements regarding the show during the past one month. Their actions and statements are all confusing and baffling in nature. However, the show is ending within three days now. And evidently this star crossed love storydeserved a better peaceful end away from all the blames and controversies.

hi jivika – i so agree with you. we all the fanz are very disappointed and emotional. though i am happy and glad it ending with our best of the best jodi arshi. people power!!! khushi only belongs to arnav no one else… and no other man can take this special spot. HUM BHI AAP SE I LOVE YOU DAMMIT… there are so many slogans that we will always remember. my favourite one is hello hi bye bye to all arshians. HAI DEVI MAIYA… WHAT THE…DAIYA HO… SNAKEWA TOO… i made beautiful friends like ANN RASHMI SABA AND JIVIKA. our friendship has become so strong due to love for this show… while writing this i feel so emotional. we are so sentimentally contacted to this show cast and crew and characters. it become part of our daily life. all the girls dream man ASR/LAAD GOVERNOR/ARNAV… i love SARUN/ ARSHI… there is no other actors that will take spot in my heart…
NOT FORGETTING ANJALI, NANI JI, MAMI JI, MAMA JI, PAYAL & AKASH, BUA JI GARIMA AND SHASHI. they were excelent and amazing characters… and LAXMI… oh my gosh… i think i will end up writing a book … i can keep on going on and on…

Hey Arnav, Best Luck 4 ur career. We will miss u. I request producer that don’t close the serial, replace arnav with another guy smarter than him. Khushi and family are really good. We don’t want them go. Let serial continue. I’ll suggest idea 2 replace arnav is that make his accident in serial n show plastic surgery of his face and when bandage will open new ASR makes his entry But don’t close ur serial PLZZZZZZZ PLZZZZZZZZ……….

When there was one episode I don’t remember which one was it but when that episode uploaded on websites. on India forum all fans tried to came at same time because they were waiting for episode to upload and as soon as episode finished everyone tried to get on there and analyze and discuss like we do…!! So that whole website blocked….

Its Excellent show. I started wathing this serial in Telugu since i liked it so much i watched all the episodes in online, though i dont understand Hindi well.
Arnav (Barun) and Kushi and rest all are so good. I wish Barun and kushi should act in Telugu movies.
Grand ma performance is excellent. She performed great in Dance.
Akkash, Payal, NK and Anjali are excellent.
Lavanya was so good in wester outfit and she did great to her role.
I wish to see Arnav and Kushi pair in Telugu cinema soon.

Barun is no 1, all rank system is between all cast of all chennal’s serials.
and from last 6 months IPKKND on rank 1, Barun is on rank 1, & sanaya is on rank 2, before 2 week Sanaya went on no.3 that time on 2nd rank Dharsthi Dhami (madhubala) was thr , but now again Sanaya becme on 2nd rank again.

Then we can make our own website. On that we will make our own story of arshi and we will post it everyday and then that will be our episode of ipkknd…!!!!

i think that a great idea… we can always come and put our thoughts and comments… it will the like therapy or councelling centre for the crazy fanz like us… jivika remember in the beginning we were talking on and on… we were saying our crazy we were for asr and barun… i cant believe and it actually didnt hit me yet… that our lives on depending on ipkknd… specially me… always… it was my comfort zone… every time i see rabba ves it always brought butterflies in my heart… the way asr help khushi’s hand and they close ups… brought my heart rate increase… my mind goes like tenedos…

i beieve gul shud get her big lesson by pulling qubool hai off air in future, due to low trps….
i saw unnati’s post in india forums… good one… to an extent iam happy that they r atleast giving it a happy ending (i guess)… but for me, i dont think sarun will appear again in any show in future… i guess this is it…even tho i wish for the same… anyways, perfect things always end abruptly… and this epic love story was so perfect….sad that such a big show with high trps had to end like this….

i dont know anything about today’s episode dear..and also dont have idea about lalit mohan’s statment which comented by Asha..
and dear Barun says he ll take long break it’s all only coz of production house dear..and Sanaya is totlly profesnal and Barun is quite littl emosnal also..so i m sure they ll cme togather again..but very next month that i dont think so!!!!
and if suppose to they cme in very next month it means IPKKND part -2 ..coz it’s same like Miley Jab Hum Tum..in that also season-1 & 2 was thr.
the happist thing is that our show ll going to end with SaRun only..and PH wants to end this with good song by taking all cast of IPKKND but right now Barun is absnt ,he is In UK with his wife.. so what now? dont know!!

but i dont want season-2 yaar, coz again if any problm occr between PH and Cast than again our season -2 of pain ll cme..it’s betr they come toghtr in movie or another daily sop..with new and different love story..

We demanded too much romantic scenes…in one interview Barun said, “romance chaiye romance chiye, thakva diya aap logone” but he said in funny way as joke but I think it’s true too…
That guy was also right that fan didn’t wanted to see shyaam’s track and payash…but I think we on arshiland demanded for payash scenes too….but at the same time we didn’t want shyaam’s track…
I am totally agree that star plus is more like family shows and that is real identity of star plus…..and every show Should have something that everyone can see like elders and teens too….but if there is romance too much then family with children can’t sit there and watch it together…especially in Indian culture….I am totally agree with that post about that point…I used to watch this how from beginning with my aunt but now i watch it online because there is some scenes that I don’t want to watch with her….
I really hope sarun come on tv again and we won’t do like this…

I read the post that you mentioned Maya and just like you I feel he made a point the story was not allowed to florish poor ASR, how many times is he going to lift Khushi and carry her around in a day:) that can be pretty back breaking I still remember when he was kidnapped people kept complaining on how the whole track was boring. I would have loved to have seen a story centering around Payal and Akash and even Anjali something to showcase after Shyam left now we will never know. Even Pride and Prejudice and any other romantic novel you take has a plot, other people in the story maybe a villain or two so if we want to blame anyone for the demise of IPKKND I think we need to blame the fans themselves,

There is news that Lalit Monan will start new show next month and he is taking all this cast in that show…..hopefully we enjoy that too……
